Over a year ago, Matt and I felt like God was wanting us to go deeper into the ministry of Inner Healing and Deliverance by understanding how to minister with people who have experienced severe, chronic trauma. We had been looking into resources that would help us understand this aspect of ministry. God orchestrated an interesting meeting when Matt had to deliver a plane to another missionary pilot in Zepher Hills, Florida. The other plot’s name was Phillip Mull. As Phillip and Matt flew back to our town, Matt learned Philip’s dad was in the same type of ministry as us and specialized in chronic trauma ministry. Matt reached out to Phillip’s dad, Pastor Richard Mull who invited us to attend a conference at his ministry, Operation Light Force (OLF). Matt and I attended the conference in Tampa, Florida at OLF. OLF specializes in ministering to people who have been in chronic trauma. This conference was definitely God’s direction for us. We learned the ways that God frees and heals people who felt like there was no hope out of the darkness that results from chronic trauma. The Lord Jesus Christ is our deliverer and a restorer. Matt was subsequently invited to do an internship with OLF and was recently invited to come on staff with their Team. We accepted the offer and have committed to three days a week at OLF’s wonderful ministry.
