Matt was blessed with the opportunity to begin working part-time at Skydive Palatka in Palatka, Florida as a Jump Pilot. Most of the missionary aviation ministries require a minimum of 500 hours of flight experience or more for insurance and expierence purposes. This has been an amazing opportunity for Matt to build time flying in a high-performance airplane in a very fun environment.
This is exciting for me! Now that Matt has graduated college, I was able to enroll in a discipleship program at Greenhouse Church, Greenhouse School of Ministry in Gainesville, Florida. It is a nine-month program where I will be discipled and dig deep into God’s Word. Courses of study are: God-seeking, Spiritual Disciplines, Old and New Testament studies, hermeneutics, and many more. This semester is online and is the first hybrid program they have due to concerns of covid. I took advantage of taking this training to established a deeper spiritual walk with the Lord. The program is to give Christians the structure and accountability they needed so they can move towards spiritual maturity. It consists of 100+ hours of video content with modules and Bible study materials. After completion of the program, I will have an opportunity to dive even deeper into areas of full-time ministry training for second and third-year students.
